What is a Wardrobe Consultant?

It is someone that keeps up with the latest trends in Haute Couture fashions to be able to figure out the best way to interpret the look into a less extreme and more affordable outfit for you.

Wardrobe Consultants know the key to positive self-esteem and success in your social and business worlds is creating a stylish and personal image.

Don't you have to be overly weathly or someone that has absolutely no fashion sense to have a wardrobe consultant?

The answer, simply, is NO. Clients have ranged from those who have bought one-of-a-kind couture pieces, to clients that frequent the clothing department at Target. It is not my objective to spend an exorbitant amount of your money on new clothes. It is, however, my objective to ensure you have everything you need within your wardrobe to achieve your image goals that fit into your current lifestyle.

If you are content with your current image, I can simply build you a Style Book based on your current pieces. I also offer organization services for your closet and enjoy working with clients that are satisfied with their style but do not have time to spend shopping and re-organizing.

What should I expect during a first Consultation?

In order for me to make sure my client gets the most out of all the services WM Wardrobe Consulting offers, I need to get a perspective into their lifestyle, profession and their current style. As well as, discussing your expectations of an image goal.

I will organize your closet to increase the ease of finding outfits as well as show you some sample outfits that will help obtain your image goal.

Do I have to have my Closet organized or can I just have you show me what to wear?

We want to maximize your wardrobe and in order to do so, I need to see what you have in your closet while organizing. So yes, organizing is a process that needs to occur. I will be able to coordinate outfits much fast to know what I'm working with and where it is located.

Once I'm in the coordinating part of our sessions, I can suggest if any items should be added to complete your wardrobe.

Style Book was mentioned a couple of times on the website. What exactly is a Style Book, you may be asking.

Your Style Book will become your Style GUIDE!

A Style Book is a photo album full of outfits I have coordinated with your wardrobe. So that you don't have to try to remember each outfit that I put together for you, each outfit is photographed and categorized into its appropriate section based on your lifestyle.

You will have one built for each season, so when I switch out your clothes for the upcoming season, your Style Book will be switched out as well.

"What if I don't like what Whitney brings?"

I try my best to learn your look and fit of clothes, but there are always times when items might not be 100% of what you had in mind, in which case, I will take care of all your returns and exchanges at no extra cost. I just want to make sure you are happy with what you put on your body.
